What is your gut telling you? What do YOU want to do? How could you have handled the situation differently? What can be improved? These are important questions to ask yourself but do not belittle yourself or sell yourself short.

Second, ” be kind to yourself.”

Being kind to yourself can be one of the hardest things to do when you are surrounded by consistent noise, drama, and high expectations.
